Insulating Glass

1 General Insulating Glass(KS L 2003)

It is a multi-layer glass produced to have a layer of dry air using at least two sheets of plate glass and a spacer.

ince it reduces the amount of heat energy escaping through windows, it displays insulation and condensation control effect.

3 SPG System

Double-layered SPG system, which added insulation effect to SPG system, has proven its performance through various mock-up tests.

Available configurations are outer plate 10~15mm, air layer 12~18mm, and inner plate 6~12mm and is determined by considering glass sizes and wind load.

In particular, if Low-e glass is applied, it can prevent condensation and maximize energy saving effect.

Product quality and delivery time have been improved through automation, and the special type of hinge type bolts is designed to enhance seismic performance and can be easily installed to any back structures.

4 MPG System

Despite that it does not use the advantages of the existing Special Point Glazing (SPG) system, the frames and structural silicone, it still maintains the structural safety and guarantees openness and light.

MPG system supports glass by using metals instead of drilling holes in glass, so glass processing is much easier compared to SPG system.

It is mostly used where high floor height is required such as automobile showrooms.

2 Low-e Insulating Glass

It is a product produced by coating a thin silver (Ag) film on one side of plate glass, thus it transmits most of the visible light of the sun but reflects a significant portion of the infrared rays.

Because the heat of the room is reflected back inside to prevent the warmth of the room to escape during the winter, it is a splendid product in terms of energy saving.
